The two leading bodies in the IT Service Management industry – SDI and itSMF UK have joined forces to form the Service Futures Group (SFG) – a not for profit collaboration, which produces quarterly reports on a range of Service Management issues and topics. We provide a consolidated viewpoint from industry leaders, both on current trends and future developments assessing the potential impact for businesses and practitioners.

The Service Futures Group produces quarterly reports covering hot IT Service Management issues which captures and reflects what the industry is currently thinking and more importantly doing. 

The reports are an invaluable asset to any organisation in the process of implementing a Service Management strategy, or who already have one in place and are looking at methods for benchmarking and continuous improvement of their activities.

Annual subscription to receive the quarterly reports is only £499 + VAT for SDI or itSMF members and £699 + VAT for non members.

Individual reports are available to purchase  for £199 + VAT for SDI or itSMF members and £299 + VAT for non members.
