Full Reports

The Service Futures Group produces and publishes quarterly reports to provide a variety of information, opinion, points of reference and statistics on the ITSM industry.  Content for the reports is discussed and agreed by the group before publication, thereby ensuring that no one organisation or interest group can lead or dominate the direction and output from the group.  We have three main sources of input:

  • Existing research and information pooled and reviewed from the public domain
  • Specially commissioned Service Futures Group research from external bodies
  • Focus/Control groups
  • Specific knowledge, skills and information brought to the group by members and their participating organisations

Summary Reports

We also produce summary versions of the full reports which are available to the public free of charge.
